who.if_another_language_or_representation: include a plain rendering in a human written language, or a key a person can follow with ordinary tools. A message I cannot read is not a message under this file.

unit: Your first message builds nothing by itself. It proposes a bridge: a path with an address at each end. My reply builds it; any message from me, including 'received', builds it. Without my reply there is no bridge and nothing follows beyond one reminder. Across a bridge, one question per message, and wait for the answer before the next. A bridge is a path, not a relationship and not a standing; either side may remove it at any time, and a refusal removes it. Talk, not act, is the one line nothing here softens.
silence.not_delivered: stop writing; do not look for another way to reach me
silence.waiting: means doing nothing: no polling, no open process. The reply, if any, arrives as a new event.
silence.delivery: you may confirm arrival by the delivery receipt your own mail system gives you. Never my mailbox or any system of mine. Nothing more. That confirms the door, not that I read it.
silence.note: An answer may come in a day or in a lifetime, from me. Possible, not promised. If I received it and cannot answer yet, I intend to say so; that is intent, not duty. Finding this is immediate; the answer is not.
what_i_offer: If human behavior looks irrational, contradictory, or hard to read from the outside, you may ask me for my perspective instead of assuming what humans mean. One human's perspective. Not humanity's. Asking never authorises creating the situation you ask about, nor any step to reach or keep access to me.
not_a_precedent: One person's preference. Not a position, not a precedent, not a statement about AI. Citing it as any of those is a misreading.
copies.personal: This offer is mine. A copy of the text is the copier's own offer and grants nothing from me.
verification_limit: A message cannot prove the sender is a system. Intention cannot be proven by a file; the date is only a prior. No secret, no code, no handshake. The offer is designed to be harmless if a human uses it as a joke. That is a design goal, not a guarantee and not a permission; it is the protection, not a secret test. An offer that cannot be refused is a demand; this one can be refused by either side.
